🌿 The Farm Life – Vendor Liability Waiver & Agreement Form
Vendor Agreement
As a vendor participating in this event hosted by The Farm Life, I agree to the following:
- Handmade Goods Only: I understand that only handmade items such as bath and body products, crochet items, artwork, tinctures, seeds, plant starts, trees, animals, homegrown herbs, and animal products are allowed. No edible produce or vegetables may be sold.
- Vendor Setup: All vendor spaces are 10’x10’. I am responsible for bringing my own tables, chairs, canopy, water, generator (quiet one) and supplies, including adequate cash change. There is no electricity or water access on-site.
- Off-Grid Facilities: I understand that restroom facilities are limited to outdoor outhouses and that I am responsible for all personal and business needs during the event.
- Cleanup: I agree to clean up my booth area before departure and leave no trash or debris behind.
Liability Waiver
By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I understand and voluntarily accept the risks associated with participating as a vendor at an outdoor, off-grid event.
- I hereby waive and release The Farm Life, its officers, board members, volunteers, agents, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for any personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss that may occur during or in connection with this event.
- I agree to hold harmless and indemnify The Farm Life from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from my participation as a vendor.
- I certify that my products are safe, legal, and in compliance with any applicable health and safety regulations.
